At Herring Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not a perfect fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in unworn, pristine condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and protective packaging, ensuring you include the completed return form inside the parcel.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred courier to address the package to our quality control department.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
